Re: No subset offset with GPD PS (v5.887.3.0)

Hi Joe,

unfortunately I don't have a solution yet. My customer was on holidays for a while and then did't find the time to provide additional data and tests. I was hoping to test the V4 driver for the machine - maybe that will work - if not, I'm going to escalate this as a software bug.
But unfortunately I'll have to wait for the customer to provide test files for me to create a print file and then for him to test it. (Don't have that machine configuration available)

Will keep this updated.

Cheers,

Ivo

Re: No subset offset with GPD PS (v5.887.3.0)

Having the same issue, no subset stapling on B9100 through DMP controller with Global Driver but the D series machine functioned perfectly.

Any support would be helpfull.

Hello Ivo_L,

I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Software Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797.

No subset offset with GPD PS (v5.887.3.0)

Product Name: PrimeLink B9100/B9110/B9125/B9136
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

Hello all,
my customer has a problem printing subsets on a B9110 (no DFE, with Hight Capacity Stacker) through the GPD PS v5.887.3.0. OS - win7 (so, unable to try the v4 driver)

The machine just does not offset the sub sets.
e.g. when sending a 5000pp. mail merge document and selecting a subset of 250pp in the driver, the result is a stack of 5000pp - no offset every 250pp.

With the former D110 (& D110 PS driver) this did work fine.
And - in general the offset function of the stacker at the machine does work.

Is there any setting in the GPD's driver preferences that needs to be changed for the subset offset to work?
Am I missing something or would this be a driver bug?

Thanks in advance!

Ivo
