Thank you for using the Support Forum. The ApeosPort - VII C4421 is not available in North America but you can look for information on the printer at the Fuji Xerox support site for the printer found HERE.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

No tray 5 available to print with ApeosPort-VII C4421

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10

Trying to print via the Tray 5 (Bypass), but my only options are Tray 1 or Manual Feed. I tried both of the options available, but nothing is going to Tray 5.
