I have tried all of that I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer. I have called a IT guy that tried many things for a total of 4 hours without any resolution. They are pretty sure it is the machine itself and not a software issue. They believe that it is the USB port in the machine and that the issue was there before
Have you tried going through all the steps on setting up the Wifi again to see if that helps?
I have no wifi setting on the menu screen to connect to WIFI. I had this issue about 6 months ago and bought a new WiFi adapter but now it is happening again and I bought yet another adapter and I still don’t have a WiFi setting in my menu.
