Please review this article for jamming in tray 1.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

Non-existent paper jams on phaser 7100

Product Name: Phaser 7100
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

I have a phaser 7100, that is still fairly new, but I am getting paper jam errors on tray 1 almost every time I send a print job.  Sometimes the paper feeds in about 3 inches and then it stops, resulting in a jam error.  Other times the printer just thinks there is a jam error. 

 

Does anyone know how to repair this glitch?
