Thank you when I checked the tray setting had been changed. I've put it back to A4 and it's hapily printing away now.

Hello LeoniesS2021, 

You need to make sure the paper in the tray matches exactly to the paper in the print menu. Size, type, and orientation need to match exactly.  If they don't match you will get the required resources message.

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer

Hi,

Everytime I send something to print it comes back with the error message saying required resources and that there is no paper in the bypass tray, but there is.

I've taken the tray out and there is not blockage. When I put the try back in it says I need to select the correct tray but it is selected.

Can anyone help?
