Help please nearly crying with frustration, the salesmans said it was easy to set up...
I am using a USB cable which it says that I can but the control panel only gives options for wifi or ethernet or both (First issue) then when I try to download the drivers it asked me to select from multiple options non of which I recognise as I am not techie so do not know what to do, I hope someone can help me please as the Xeros support is appalling, two agents just cut the chat.
