we found a workaround by turning off "Print around" and not allowing users to delete jobs. This will keep the error on the printer and show up on Centreware. if you allow users to delete the job the error goes away on the printer and centrware.
Our 5550 printers will tell us when they are 100% out of paper. the new B610s will say when a tray is empty but not the the printer is 100% out of paper. on Centreware it just shows a tray empty and says we can still print. on The alart settings on the printer, there is nothing to turn on about the printer being out of paper. It should work the same as if it was out of toner. How do we fix this?
