I am having the same problem as LeeDale.
 

i am having the same problem. i have treid the same fixes with no luck.  Windows is up to date.

C7025 will send me scan, but i cant print to same.  computer is showing the printer is offline, but its not.

Ive run the troubleshooter and i getting the Printer cannot be contacted over the network.

Only thing I have seen that will cause that is having LPR byte counting enabled, which it can't be if you set it to RAW

Thanks very much.

I honestly have no idea what fixed it (these changes, new windows update or what) but it is printing.

However it is taking 15-20 minutes to send each document to print. Some of these are just a single page in word. Does anyone have any idea's if this is a different probem or just somehting that will go away?

If it was always on LPR, try RAW.

Thanks very much for the advie.

The port was already set to LPR and the lp was there. I unchecked byte counting and SNMP was already unchecked.

It still doesn't want to print from my laptop, but is printing fine from the onedrive directly.

I tried a different laptop thta has never printed to the Xerox before. I went through the install and it picked it up fine, but wouldn't print the test page. it just sat in the print queue.

Hi,

In the print driver, at the ''Printer properties'', on ''Ports'' tab click on "Configure port" and change from RAW to LPR, at the Queue name write "lp" and be sure to unchecked "LPR Byte Counting Enable" and "SNMP Status Enabled".

Not printing from laptop

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I have been happily printing for a while and then suddenly it has stopped.

I can detect the printer and send things to the print queue but they don't print out.

I have tried uninstalling and resintalling.

Clearing the drivers

Stopping the print spooler, clearing it,and restarting it.

I can still print to the Versalink from my phone, and I can use the printer to access my one drive and print directly from it.

The issue is directly when printing from my windows 10 laptop.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
