As for driver versions, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers , right--click the printer and go to Printer Properties > Configuration > About > About
Chrome is probably one of the worst applications you can print from in my experience.
In all likely hood, something in Chrome is stating that the original size is 5.5*8.5 (Statement) portrait, which is a standard size.
I can't explain why the same document on 2 PC's running the same setup would see it differently.
Visually, you could see this in Acrobat/Reader. By default Acrobat/Reader will resize to the paper in the printer (usually letter LEF), but if you set it to Actual Size instead of the default Fit with any Statement size job it will match exactly what your one PC seems to be doing.
Note that with Fit selected it will scale it to 125% to fit the page
Where Actual size will display the Document size and preview will match the output of your Chrome issue.
You may need to follow Google's suggestion and make Chrome refer to Reader.
If you Google "Print From Chrome Issues" the first thing you get is this, which is a bad sign since nowhere was Acrobat/Reader or PDF even searched.
How can I tell what specific version of the driver is installed? The computers have slightly different options in the settings, but both say the drivers are up-to-date...
I had thought about that and didn't notice any differences. Isn't it odd those settings screens look different when just going to them from Printers and Devices--not using Chrome at all?
Since it appears to be a Chrome installation issue specific to the PC and unrelated to the driver in use, have you verified Chromes settings per PC?

Both computers are running the Anniversary Update (1607). I did go ahead and install the driver locally, but that did not help.

Can you upload the missing image from the one that doesn't work? It appears you tried but it didn't appear and I can't see it as being blocked by an admin/script on the forum either.
But since the driver is server installed according to your screenshot that did work, and you have 2 PC's running Windows 10, and the same driver appears to show something different in the preferences, I would then assume that the one that doesn't work is the Windows 10 Anniversary edition, which shows as build 1607
And the one that works will be version 1507/1511.
If that is the case your best bet at this stage is to just install the driver locally and not use the one from the Server.
Here are my references/reasoning:
I have a problem where the entire area of the page is not printed all the time. It works sometimes, but doing things like printing a PDF out of Google Chrome doesn't work. I have another computer in the same office with the same OS and same version of Chrome, but printing the same PDF out of Chrome does print the entire page.
I found this setting in printer preferences where it shows the output paper size and the document size being the same, but the image shows it only filling a portion of the page (which reflects the end product I'm getting).
On the computer that works the settings are the same, but the area cover on the page in the image looks correct.
Any idea what is going on?
(These PCs are running the last release of Windows 10 and says the drivers are up-to-date for the ColorQube 9301.)
