Not recognized new toner K

I had once a VersaLink with black dispenser assy that didn't mesh properly with the dispenser motor.

Hi,

Most probably could be from cloged toner in the dispenser system.

And pay attention at the part no for the toner. There is a part for VersaLink C7000 (just printer) and another one for VersaLink C7025/7030 (MFP).

For the versalink c 405 it means replace drum or clean led. Probably same for c7000

When customer replace toner, versalink says “toner K is empty, replace”

Customer pay new toner K, but mashine says replace toner K, and error code 093-912. Versalink is new, counter 2000. What is it?
