Nuvera 100EA & Plockmatic Pro35

I am having a tremendous amount of issues with a Nuvera 100EA and a Plockmatic Pro35 finisher, it constantly jams in area 5a, 5b this is the transition point that gets booklets created and printed. I have tried printing 100, that didn't work so I reduced it to 50 then 25. The job calls for2500 booklets 11 x 17 folded and saddle stitched does anyone have any suggestion? Service calls are mounting and time down between when it is running is very very lengthy
