Hi aseprint,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Did you remove the old driver and install the new driver for Windows 7? If so then you might try the Global Driver. If these suggestions do not work, please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Hello we are printing with a Xerox Nuvera 120 EA DPS PS (Xerox Nuvera EA DPS PS Driver installed). We recently upgraded to Windows 7 and now are all of a sudden having grayscale quality issues with the printer. We are sending jobs from Adobe CS5 suite and Corel X5 software. All was working fine with windows xp but now with 7 installed when we send jobs to the Nuvera we are getting screened solids in stead of solid black.
We did notice a missing profile when printing from Indesign CS5 and having "Color" set to "Composite Gray" under the "Output" tab in the print dialog box, if we then look under the "Color Management Tab" we notice there is no "printer profile". Maybe this is effecting the colour info being sent to the nuvera?
Anyone having image issues like this? we'd obviously really like the nuvera to print solid black again:)
