Nuvera 288 - HPGL2

I have asked an engineer on the project and I am told that the Nuvera 288 does not support HP/GL2.

We try to print some HP-GL/2 pictures from within a pcl5 on a Nuvera 288.

Is new xerox nuvera printer compatible with HP-GL/2 ?
