Re: ODIO continuously running

Cathy0,

I've pressed 'Concel' entry on the alpha-numeric keypad on the MFP3635 and no fortune.  The Display and Touch Screen continues to reflect the ODIO process is underway.  I've gone as far as pulling the power from the printer waiting sometime then powering back on.  The printer just goes able into it's ODIO.  It appears to me the ODIO process fails then continues to try and try again.

Re: ODIO continuously running

Hello a10600,

I searched for the detailed steps on the OnDemand Image Overwrite, and in between step J and K is says how to cancel the overwrite.

Thanks,

ODIO continuously running

Product Name: Phaser 3635MFP
Operating System: Not Applicable

I had seen a posting on here with the very same issue I'm up against.  The posting did not have any responses.

The issue is I've initiated a OnDemand Overwrite on my 3635mfp 3 days ago and the overwrite phase has yet to complete.

Is there a way to override this On Demand Overwrite process so that I can regain control over my printer?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
