You are crossing terms, do copies and prints both only do BW and not color? Or can you copy in color but print only in BW?

If print only is the issue, then the driver is incorrect on whatever you are printing from.

If you have a Mac, that would likely mean Apple installed there generic PPD, or even worse, their Airprint ppd for the printer. Whatever the case, you may want to do the following just to be sure:

To set the Color mode to Color :

1. Press the [Menu] button on the Control Panel.
   
   
2. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button until "Admin" is selected on the Display Screen, and then press the [OK] button.
3. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button until "PCL Setup" or "PostScript Setup" is selected, and then press the [OK] button.
4. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button until "Default Color" is selected, and press the [OK] button.
5. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button until "Color" is selected, and then press the [OK] button. The default color will have an asterisk (*) next to it.

Can someone tell me, how to enable color priinting. All of my copies come out in black and white only.

I checked the prinitng preview and color is enabled.
