Completly delete the driver then reinstall the driver

  1. Click the Start menu and in the search field type "print management." (this can also be typed at the desktop in Windows 8).
  2. On the left side of the Print Management window, select the "All Printers" folder.
  3. If present, right-click the unwanted printer and choose "Delete."
  4. On the left side of the Print Management window, select the "All Drivers" folder.
  5. Right-click the unwanted printer and choose "Remove Driver Package."

 

Then reinstall the driver off Xerox.com, don't let windows install it for you via the Wizard

I have a problem. After each print i have one sheet with:

ERROR: undefined
OFFENDING COMMAND: @PJL
STACK:

I have try install reinstall, change many parameters. I do not go to change this problem.
