SOLVED!!  Thanks for the info.  Ended up being the roller that is connected to the cover came halfway off the shaft and was not contacting the cam in the right postion.

It could be a bunch of things. Someone has to look at it. There is a clutch in there that might need replacing.

The office finisher have some hardware issues with a spring or with a broken cam.

I have a Workcentre 7545 with Office Finisher.  The Finisher is not collating and stacking properly.  The first sheet comes out and is held until the second sheet comes and the it pushes the first sheet onto the stacker.

Any help would be appricated.  Thanks
