Have you made sure you have the Xerox Print driver installed on your laptop? I would make sure that you are not just using the generic driver with your OS so you get all the capabilities of your printer.
My coworkers can print in color through pdf> Adobe Acrobat, but when I try to print my print preview and settings look different. Even though the "Grayscale" box is not checked, it only prints in grayscale
Page set up & Advanced do not send me anything color-related, if I click "printer" it says something like default settings and preset, but changing this doesnt help either. I've already tried uninstalling + reinstalling Adobe Acrobat and changing the webpage/ settings of the printer (the default is color printing).
