Offset of printing Postscript

Hello,

I have a problem printing in postscript with a Xerox 7530.
When I print a document (created with CorelDraw), it is not centered on my sheet.
If I convert this document into a PDF document, and then I open it with Adobe Reader and prints, it is centered.
I did not have this problem with my old Sharp MFP.

Have you an idea of the problem?

Re: Offset of printing Postscript

Hi you!

I think it has to do with the registration marks, as vector based programs does not print does by default.

Try going to print -> Prepress and ticking "Print Registration Marks".

I suggest you have a search for coreldraw registration marks just to get a better understanding, as others have explained it more indepth.

Hope that helps!

Best Regards

Kimzi

Re: Offset of printing Postscript

In the FILE:PRINT menu the preview should show you how the image or images will fall on page. In the same menu one of the TABS allows you to add crop marks, registration marks etc. Remember as you add these things COREL DRAW stuffs this in with image and is very possible because of leading edge gripper area it can cause a shift. If necessary draw your own crop marks or registration marks and place them so they don't interfere
