Re: One of those very sad 116-324 errors...

So did Apple replace the Xerox driver with their own? Because the fault typically happens due to Calibri fonts and old drivers, and you can't be printing nothing but Calibri font files from "every program and every type of file"

So if the driver is showing Kind as Generic PS, or Airprint or really, anything but a Xerox 7100, it could be the problem, even if you have the right driver on the System, it doesn't mean Apple is actually using it. (screenshot for example, not the right machine)

One of those very sad 116-324 errors...

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Totally bummed yall.

I have a Phaser 7100N.

One day after printing fine all morning it sudden is giving me a 116-324 error and prints a banner page then a blank page out of every program and every file type.

I am not hooked up to any server. It is just my printer at home and is connected directly to my iMac with OS X Sierra (10.12.4)

The computer is new, however, I've been using the printer with it for almost two weeks without any trouble.

I dont know much of what to do. I've turned everything off an on and downloaded the latest drive for the OS X off of the Xerox site. Don't know what to do beyond that.

Thanks ahead of time for anyone who reads that and offers any help.

Sheila
