It sounds like those jobs are going to the "Hold" queue.
Hello xevilrobotx,
I am not sure on this one, so I recommend you contact the Support department. The Support options for your device are listed here.
We have the Versant 180 print drivers installed on a Windows 10 PC. The windows user account that the drivers installed under can send a print job to the printer and it works just fine; however, any other user account on the same PC can send a job to the printer - but nothing happens. We can see it go into the queue, and according to Event Viewer the job was printed - but nothing ever actually prints.
We also tried installing the drivers on a second PC with a different user account. Once we did this, the user account that could print on the first PC could no longer get anything to print - and the printer would then only accept print jobs from the second user account on the second PC.
Does the driver somehow associate itself between the user/PC/printer and only allow the user that installed the driver to print jobs? If not, what are we doing wrong? Thanks!
