The only thing the printer was printing was a page with the user's info and the model of the printer. Then I turned off the setting. It also has the same clone on it that I have given hundreds of other C8045 printers.
What type of file are you trying to print? Do you have a picture of what it is printing?
For some odd reason my C8045 is only print the user formation page not the content of the file. Why? How can I fix this?
