if you are using fiery, then yes..., update all the pathes for your efi system...
i saw other patches released by efi to correct the landscape issue, not specific for the 73xx series...
the global drivers dont have any effect, since its a rip problem...
I don't have an external fiery - it is back packed on the unit and we run command workstation. Do you think a fiery patch would resolve that?
If not, where do I get the new global driver and how do I install it? I am new to this system - I am more familiar with the old creo rip.
are you using a fiery riip? those 90degree errors are resolved with the fiery patches...
if not try updating you driver to the new global driver version 5.185.41
We are experiencing an orientation problem in some of our documents. We currently use CS5, but had the same issues with CS3. The problem occurs in some - not all - multiple page documents. Page 1 will print with the correct orientation and then every page after the orientation will switch so it is incorrect. The only way we can figure out how to get the correct orientation on all is if we print one page at a time. This gets tedious when you have a 60 page document.
Like I said, it doesn't happen on all muli-page documents and so far I have not figured out a connection to the ones it does print incorrectly. About 6 months ago, I corresponded with a level 1 tech and we never got it resolved. Please tell me there is a patch or some resolution for this solution.
Thanks
