My printer refuses to print and its telling me the printer is out of paper but it has plenty of paper. It will print the printer test page but nothing else. I have unplugged everything and restarted the computer and usually it prints a few pages but the next day it gives me the same error message. It will still copy paper. There is no paper jam. I have removed the paper and put it back but the same message appears.
Usually when that happens, the paper listed in the Print Driver Print menu doesn't EXACTLY match what is loaded in the tray. Make sure the settings match exactly. The steps to set the paper at the device are HERE . Make sure when you go FILE > PRINT the paper exactly matches what you set at the device.
