Out of paper error message

sorry but this is an issue very often addressed. it is quite weird as from the phone i can print but i need to print from my laptop. 

of course i checked the paper format. 

i stopped it, unplugged it, did evrything i saw others did and noting; it just does not want to go!

also, isn't there anything to do with the annoying issue of stopping when really remains out of paper and not starting to print from where it left? if i do not put paper in the tray in the firts try of taking it, the machine stops and the simple paper supplying is not enough to start over. you have to see where it was left, to deduct the pages already printed and start pinting again mentioning the starting page, to avoind printing the same pages twice.

Hello there,

Usually when that happens, the paper listed in the Print Driver Print menu doesn't EXACTLY match what is loaded in the tray. Make sure the settings match exactly. The steps to set the paper at the device are HERE  . Make sure when you go FILE > PRINT the paper exactly matches what you set at the device.

My printer refuses to print and its telling me the printer is out of paper but it has plenty of paper. It will print the printer test page but nothing else.  I have unplugged everything and restarted the computer and usually it prints a few pages but the next day it gives me the same error message. It will still copy paper. There is no paper jam. I have removed the paper and put it back but the same message appears.
