Out of paper problem error code 024-959

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi,

 

We have a Workcentre 6605DN which gives a error 024-959 which means no paper.

However the tray is filled with A4 paper.

So it looks like the printer does not detect the paper.

Does anyone know how the paper is being detected? Is it somekind of a switch or is it more complicated.

And perhaps how to fool the printer, so it does see the paper.
