Please make sure that the latest firmware from the drivers and downloads page, (scroll to the bottom to find the latest general release from 10/29/2020) is loaded on the PrimeLink C9065. If the firmware does not address the issue please uninstall the driver you are using and reboot your PC. Install the Global driver from the drivers and downloads page and see if that driver will let you configure your output destination the way you want it. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
