My bet is the SCSI cable that connects the 5000 to the CREO.

Shut it all down, unhook the cable and reverse it (side in the creo goes into the 500 and vice versa)

Boot it back up.

Over the top streaking

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a Docucolor 5000 that had the Creo Rip meltdown and the machine had to be rebuilt. It is running now but when I print anything I get terrible streaking across the entire print. I am assuming that there is something expensive inside the machine that I am going to have to replace. Has anyone encountered this print problem and what can I do to resolve the issue. Thanks in Advance.Bad Print
