Hello SCT,

You need to make sure the paper in the tray matches EXACTLY to the paper in the print menu. Size, type, and orientation need to match EXACTLY.

Override a paper mismatch on a DocuCentre-IV C2265

Product Name: DocuCentre-IV C2260
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi,

We constantly get an error for a paper mismatch when printing an Access db form.

Despite it being an A4 form and the all the relevant trays being set to A4, somehow the printer interprets that it should be printed on Letter. The only way for the job to continue is for a manual override on the physical printer.

I cannot find anywhere in the CentralWare Internet Services web interface to override paper mismatch. I want any print job that is on Letter to be overridden and automatically print out on A4.
