I could not find instruction on this, I suggest calling into the support department 1-800-821-2797 to see if it's possible.

Override unsupported cartridge message

Product Name: Xerox C315 Color MultiFuntion Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

I want to use non-Xerox toner cartridges in my printer. I tried to follow the instructions in the manual, press X & # for 15 seconds but that did not work. How can I turn off the Xerox cartridge requirement?
