Where you able to solve this problem?
Set the securitiy for Adobe Acrobate in PeopleSoft server.
I am in the same spot, Using Peoplesoft 9.2. If you got this resolved, I would love to hear how. I have tried everthing including updating the ram on the machine up to 512MB, and having the HD kit installed, but Direct PDFs do not print.

We are using PeopleSoft 9.1 to print XMLP Checks on the Phaser 4510N PS printer. The process generates a PDF file and saves it locally, then creates a command shell in Windows to execute the following "copy CHECK.PDF \\server\printer " .. When we test this, we get the following message on the printer.
“This printer is not configured to support direct PDF printing. Please use Adobe Acrobat to print your PDF file”
PeopleSoft does not open the PDF and issue the print command. Can someone tell me how to "configure" the printer so I can make this work?
