We have firmware level 061.080.221.10900 on one machine and on the other 061.080.220.30800. I have contacted Xerox how we can obtain the newer firmware. Thanks for your suggestion, hope this is the solution.
what firmware level is your machine on? i believe this was fixed in an newer firmware

Some PDF-files freeze the Colorqube 9201. All print jobs line up after printing this PDF and have status "processing". If you delete the first print job it gets the status "deleted" but the print order does not go away. And all print jobs after that stay in queue with status "processing".
The only thing that helps is to go to Security Settings=>Image Overwrite Security=>On Demand overwrite=>Full. This takes up to 90 min before you can use the Colorqube again.
We use Mac OS X 10.6.8 and printdriver Xerox ColorQube 9201,1
