PDF is crashing on macbook - Workcenter 7775

I suggest you have a look at what firmware version you got, and update if needed.

You should have 061.090.220.29900 or later. If you're not sure on how to check the firmware version, you can follow THIS guide.

I have a macbook running Os 10.9. When I try to print a pdf file on workcenter 7775 the printer blanks and never prints anything. the error on the workcenter screen is "please wait, services are being retrieved" the printout never comes out.
