We're having an issue printing PDF plans (using Adobe Acrobat) on our 6204 Wide Format printer. The 6204 is loaded with ARCH C and ARCH D paper. When PDF plans are printed to scale to fit onto the designated paper size, the 6204 generates continuous blank pages and the job must be cancelled manually. However, if page scaling is set to 'none' (within Acrobat), the drawing is printed, but only partially, as expected.
The print jobs were working properly until last week. The 'jobs in memory' light is solid amber, but when we log into the web portal there are no jobs left in the queue. The driver we are using is the HPGL2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
