PDF printing problems unless page scaling turned off
I'm having many , many problems printing PDFs in the office I work for with Xerox Workcentre printers (5755s, and 7675s.) Printing PDFs -- mostly through Acroread -- result in half pages being printed, blank spots, and other problems.
After a great deal of troubleshooting found out that the problem can be resolved if Page Scaling is turned to 'None' (the default, which can not be changed, is 'Shrink to Printable Area' in Acroread). But doing this everytime is quite tedious for the huge number of PDFs printed daily in my office.
Anyone aware of this problem and knows of a more permenant fix?
I have been using mostly the PCL 5 driver, as with the PS driver, there has been a whole other suite of PS problems (error messages get printed).

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you are using the "Print as Image" selection in Adobe. Please look at these instructions for changing the setting. If changing this option does not fix the problem then contact your local support centre.
