PDFs by passing the secure print queue Work centre 7535

Hello all.

Has anybody come across this problem before?

When printing PDFs instead of being held in the secure print queue they are printing straight out. When you look on the display panel of the printer, it says that "Remote user" is printing this document instead of the user’s user name.

All other documents are held before being released by the users pin code.

 

The printer is a Work centre 7535

We are using a windows 2003 printer server with the Xerox universal print driver.

Clients are win7 office 2010
