I have a Phaser 6180 laser printer that recently started to print 1/4 red lines and a thin blue line horizontally across teh pages. Looking inside, the shiny black sheet that is on the door, is loaded with red toner. I cleaned it, closed the door and it did the calibration, however, its still printing the same red lines and a thin blue line across the pages. Is this a calibration situation, cartridge problem or drum problem? I know its an aged printer, but up until recently, it has printed flawlessly. TIA
