Hi,
You need to order what we call sold consumables. Check the PN that is in the box and compare with the ones in this page:
http://www.office.xerox.com/printers/color-printers/phaser-6280/supl-enus.html
It may be possible that the ones you have are metered, used on devices with contract.

PHASER 6280 INVALID TONER

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I had new toner for my Phaser 6280 ordered for my printer. They ordered the Xerox OEM toner. The previous toner used in the printer was a third party toner and it worked great. The new Xerox OEM toner when I put it in the printer gives me an invalid black, cyan, magenta, or yellow depending on the toner I put in.  What can I do to fix this problem so the toner cartridges will work?
