I suggest replacing the imaging unit as it's probably damaged too.

Hello,

We've recently been having an issue with out Phaser 6500. Every print comes with yellow ink streaked down the side. Opening the front panel revealed yellow ink smeared in a line along the sheet and yellow ink wrapped around the drum??

Pics attached.

Any advice how we can clean any of that?
