PHASER 6510 Leaving Black Streaking and Spotting

Since the issue lies outside the printable area on the paper it is safe to say that there is contamination in the machine, which would imply the toner is leaking. (Run 20-30 blank sheets through and see if it stays the same or gets better, this will test if it is spilling/has spilled)

Make sure the paper is not loaded incorrectly (heavyweight vs plain) and make sure the room is not very humid

I recently purchased this Phaser 6510 and it has developed a black/grey streak and spottying on the leftside of the paper. It is mostly isolated to the left 2 centimeters of the paper. I have cleaned the printer as directed in the manual and it is progressively getting worse. I am not sure if I need to replace the Black Drum already or other components? Can someone please lend some assistance. Thank you!
