PHASER 6600 PRINTING TRAY SHOWS EMPTY

Need a bit of help on how to check the actuator. I think I can see it at the back of the Tray1 bay, just in front of the rollers. But I can't see anything obviously broken - it seems to 'pivot' freely up and down as it would if it were sensing the presence of paper. Any suggestions? Thanks.

this actuater might be broken  ,you can check it so easly ,if not the sensor is blocked or the roller could be seized

yes my phaser 6600 have this problem . i search the net and found some solution for his in کلید زیبایی shows that this problem may be from their software. go to mechanik enginier and ask them to روغن سیاه دانه maybe ur problem solve.

I'm having the same issue. Is the sensor replaceable?

the empty tray actuator sensor has broken.

So I had a paper jam and correctly removed the paper.  I have reloaded the tray, powered off the printer multiple times, double and tripled check the tray and regardless of what I do the printer shows a message stating "Load Tray"?

Any suggestions on how to reset or fix the error?
