Are you able to provide more details on the issue with the image quality, it's hard to tell by the picture.  Is it faded, blurry etc.  Does is only happen with scanning/printing or also when coping?

Product Name: Xerox C235 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Overall, a very bad experience with regard to the quality of print from a new C235 MFP.  C235.jpg
