The model of printer is Versalink B7030

 

we performed the upgrade of firmware,and change priority of trays "Trays 1 priosity 1,Tray 2 priority 2,Manal tray priority 3" however we have allways the same issue can you help us Please ?

PRINTING ISSUES

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello please should be informed that we have an anoying issues with printing ,copying

 

the setting of the tray  in the driver is Tray 1 however   when we print sometimes it goes to tray 1 sometimes Tray 2 and sometimes depart manual tray.

we reseted the machine and we apply all possible solution.
