I also tried what you have suggested and the error I get is "the hash for thr file is not present in the the specified catalogfirl. The file is likely to be corrup or victim of tampering."
Hi sorry, did any one manage to solve this problem as I am really suffering since I updgrade from windows 7-10.
I can print only in single side and no A3.
Please help
For what possible reason would you even attempt to use the driver from a 7225 on a WCP123?
However none of the 32bit drivers for 7225 or GLOBAL work on Windows 7 x86 if the printer is installed and shared on a server.
You have a pretty messed up PC on your hands there. The file has no issues on Xerox.com, that exact file runs fine on Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista, Windows 7 Ultimate, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, also tested on x64 versions of all but Vista.
Maybe download and install, then extract on another PC and bring to the troubled one via LAN/Dropbox, USB key.
I downloaded the zip file "WC123_133_x64_v2.6.1_PCL_English", I followed the instruction of the "readme" file and when the installation is started, after few seconds an error window is appeared. The problem is the following:
"The hash for the file is not available into the specified file.
The file is probably corrupted or manipulated"
I downloaded the right version of the driver, a 64 bit version. I tried many times but I riched the same result (I also tried to download again the zip file in order to discard the option of a corrupted download, without success).
I'll wait for reply.
Thanks in advance.
Just install the native driver for Win 7 which works fine right up to Windows 10, just remember to choose the 64 or 32 bit version per your PC architecture.
The driver, like all Xerox printer drivers is available on Xerox.com.
The Global driver definitely does not support the printer in question.
Hi guys,
I have a problem with my printer Xerox Workcentre pro 123. Recently I installed the printer using the help of the assistance. In order to do that, I downloaded the driver "Global Print Driver PCL6" as the assistant told me.
I did the first print and that's ok. With the normal print there are no problem... but when I try to do a print on both sides or I want to print a page with multiple pages on it (for example 4 pages per page), I have this problem:
ERROR
Subsystem: KERNEL
Error: MissingAttribute
Operator: BeginPage
Position: 3
In my opinion the driver is not compatible with my printer, because in the other computer I had already the printer installed, and the driver was the one associated to the same name. The problem is that I did not find the compatible driver.
Thank you for the attention, I'll wait for replies.
