There are 2 toner door interlock switches, they need to be replaced by a tech.
If you have an agreement with Xerox and tech is not sure what to do have him call his support line and show him this post.
He will know what to do with the following sentence:
the part can be found on PL 6.3, Item 5. Order 2 and replace.
It will take up to 100 impressions after that is done for it to properly display the levels
