There are 2 toner door interlock switches, they need to be replaced by a tech.
If you have an agreement with Xerox and tech is not sure what to do have him call his support line and show him this post.
He will know what to do with the following sentence:
the part can be found on PL 6.3, Item 5. Order 2 and replace.
It will take up to 100 impressions after that is done for it to properly display the levels
Hi,
I have a problem with a Xerox 560 Color.
The printer signals the toner are full but they are half life and one of this is empty.
The printer its actually working, but sometimes happens that it improvisally stops the job and start asking to change the toner (not ever the same toner), to procede the work i must open and reclose the front panel.
I already upgraded the firmware version but without result.
Can someone help me?
