I searched our knowledge base and found this article for PEM 09-3175 with steps for you to try. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.
Engine 1 quality is at best poor so I want to use engine 2 using the pass through mode, until service arrives, under user diagnostics but when I do I get a PEM 09-3175 is there a workaround or should service address it?
