Page Curling and Jam

Product Name: VersaLink C500 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello!

I'm getting paper jams when trying to print something that has lots of color at top of page. You can see the page is curled slightly upwards. Normal print jobs without a lot of color work fine.

I see that some models of xerox printers have a paper curl setting that can be adjusted but doesn't look like its available with this model. 

Any suggestions?
