Page is too Complex Error Message

Product Name: Xerox C235 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi - We bought this printer two weeks ago, to replace an older one.  We have always printed via wifi and never had a problem.  But this machine keeps saying the Page is Too Complex.  Even if it's just one page on a spreadsheet.  How can I stop this please?  Thanks in advance.
