Are there any error codes on the printer when it jams, this will help narrow down the issue.
I'm having issues with my Phaser 6280 lately. When I print colour the pages always get stuck in the infuser. There are absoulely no issues when print in in Black and White. Any advice appreciated.
Using just plain paper.
