I found two article below for IOT exit jams for you to look at. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100. 

Jam at Exit 1 / Exit 2 (IOT Exit 2 Jam) Error 077-103

Jam at Exit 1 / Exit 2 (IOT Exit 1 Jam) Error 077-102

Interestingly I just tried to print a colour poster I am working on here and it printed fine, it had a lot of blue. Then I printed one with more green and the jam occured. I have to remove the paper (which always rips) then take the top blade off the diffuser to remove the paper as it all crumples up behind it.

Are there any error codes on the printer when it jams, this will help narrow down the issue.

Pages get stuck in infuser.

Product Name: Phaser 6280
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi

 

I'm having issues with my Phaser 6280 lately.  When I print colour the pages always get stuck in the infuser.  There are absoulely no issues when print in in Black and White.  Any advice appreciated.

Using just plain paper.
