I have try to contact with Xerox many times but the don't give me support because I dont have a contact. Another solution to reset it?

You must contact Xerox support centre. They will give you a pin based on printer serial number to convert it.
I have bought a new Xerox Phaser 3330 printer, but when I have turned it on it ask for a Paperpack printer. Is there any way I can convert it to a "Sold" printer?
